Cellar Door & Wine Club Guru

The Cellar Door & Wine Club Guru will actively contribute to the growth and profitability of Burnbrae Wines through implementation and delivery of club initiatives and cellar door customer service relationships. This is a very flexible role we want to mould around the right candidate, adaptable for casual, part-time or full time hours. Below is a general outline of the responsibilities of the role and what we are looking for in someone to fill the position.

The Role & Responsibilities Attributes
- Administration support for the General Team
- Cellar door sales and promotions
- Implementation of appropriate stock management
- Completing daily cellar door procedures and maintenance
- Nurturing customer relationships
- Growing membership of clubs and driving sales
- Account management of club members through Grape Gears software
- Executing wine and beer club runs as necessary (monthly, bimonthly, quarterly)
- Ensuring account processing for club members is updated and executed successfully and in a timely manner
- Database management of club members across CRM platforms
- Creating and distributing Wine Club communications
- Staying updated on competitor analysis and relevant industry bodies
- Managing correspondance and phone enquires
- Processing, preparing and dispatching phone/email orders
- Ability to exceed customer expectations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Willing to work weekends and long weekends
- Experience with software packages including: Windows, Word, Excel, Mail Chimp, online graphic systems (ie. Canva)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve results
- Possession of a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willingness to obtain
- Sales/administration/customer service experience preferable but not essential
- A passion for wine, food and beer and a love of the Mudgee region

Casual Cellar Door Sales Assistant

We are looking for a casual Cellar Door Sales Assistant who will actively contribute to the growth and profitability of Burnbrae Wines through high-quality customer service experiences. Below is a general outline of the responsibilities of the role and what we are looking for in someone to fill the position.

The Role & Responsibilities Attributes
- Creating the 'Burnbrae Experience' for customers - Selling, serving and preparing food, wine and beer to customers
- Processing cellar door sales
- Complete daily cellar door procedures
- General upkeep and maintenance of the cellar door
- Ability to exceed customer expectations
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Willing to work weekends and long weekends
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Possession of a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willing to obtain
- Sales/customer service/hospitality experience is preferable but not essential
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- A keen passion for hospitality, food and wine
