Wine Club Manager

The Wine Club Manager will actively contribute to the growth and profitability of Burnbrae Wines through implementation and delivery of club initiatives while representing Burnbrae’s values through cellar door and online relationships and interactions.

The Burnbrae Wines Membership structure has evolved significantly over the last 5 years, now including 5 different tiers of commitment for both wine and beer offerings. We are of the strong opinion that all club members are a key part of our business and therefore, our family. We endeavor to ensure all members feel a part of our journey at all points of contact.

This role has been created to ensure our members are represented within the business and have a sole point of contact to ensure their experience with our business is of a high standard.

Sales/customer service/hospitality experience is preferable but not essential. You also must possess of a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or be willing to obtain. Below is a general outline of the responsibilities of the role and what we are looking for in someone to fill the position.

What You Do Who You Are
- Nurturing customer relationships as the primary point of contact for our members
- Account management through our software, Grapegears, of all club members
- Executing monthly, bi-monthly & quarterly, beer & wine club runs
- Database management
- Develop & execute wine club communications through various channels
- Process, prepare and dispatch phone/email/online orders
- Cellar door customer service, sales, food preparation
- General upkeep & maintenance of cellar door
- Have an understanding of Burnbrae's values, brand archetype and personality and show that you will actively represent these at all times
- Ability to exceed customer expectations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with software packages (inc. Microsoft suite of programs, Mailchimp, basic design in Canva)
- Ability to work without supervision & as a part of a team
- Excellent organisation & time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once
- Ability to take ownership of projects from beginning to end
- Strong attention to detail
- Possess leadership skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Willing to work weekends and long weekends
- Ability to be flexible with work tasks and patterns
- Ability to provide solutions and think creatively

Casual Cellar Door Sales Assistant

We are looking for a casual Cellar Door Sales Assistant who will actively contribute to the growth and profitability of Burnbrae Wines through high-quality customer service experiences. Sales/customer service/hospitality experience is preferable but not essential. You also must possess of a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or be willing to obtain. Below is a general outline of the responsibilities of the role and what we are looking for in someone to fill the position.

What You Do Who You Are
- Creating the 'Burnbrae Experience' for our valued members & customers
- Selling, serving and preparing food, wine and beer
- Processing cellar door sales
- Actively promoting sales through Club memberships and wine/beer
- Complete daily cellar door procedures
- General upkeep and maintenance of the cellar door
- Ability to exceed customer expectations
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Willing to work weekends and long weekends
- Ability to work as part of a team
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Cellar Door Sales Guru

Wanting to work in a fabulous, fun and friendly environment? Burnbrae is the place to be and we are looking for an adaptable, passionate and personable Cellar Door Sales Guru to join our team. This position can be offered as a full-time or part-time depending on your needs. Whether you’re a Mudgee local or new to town we’d love to hear from you!
This role's responsibilities has foundations in Cellar Door sales but also requires skills related to food preparation and events. A passion for wine, beer, food and events is a must but no experience in the hospitality industry is necessary.
Ultimately, we are a close-knit team and are looking for that superstar that brings more creativity, passion and enthusiasm to the table.

What You Do Who You Are
- Creating the 'Burnbrae Experience' for our valued members and customers
- Selling, serving and preparing food, wine and beer
- Actively promoting sales through Club memberships and wine/beer
- Opportunities for further training and responsibilities within the team in your desired area of skills.
- Ability to create a high quality customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willing to obtain
- Ability to work successfully independently and also within a small team
