Cellar Door Manager
You'll spot Dotty on Wednesday through to Sunday running around in the cellar door, in the kitchen,, immersed in our Wine Club, Cellar Door Guests and our amazing wholesalers, and generally looking for any way to get her hands dirty and keeping herself very busy.
If you call you will know doubt speak with this little pocket rocket!
Dotty's facts:
• Favourite wine: Definitely the Pinot Gris... followed by a Jack Daniels once she is home and her feet are up!
• Favourite role at Burnbrae:Making every customer smile and walk away happy.
• When she's not at Burnbrae: I'm eating food, or thinking about my next meal. On my days outside of Burnbrae, I could be being a barrista or working with the old time favs of Mudgee Made in the kitchen!
• Favourite past times:I absolutely love cooking! Always looking for that next best recipe that I can keep to myself and keep surprising everyone how delicious it is. Whilst I cook I love listening to Celine Dion...she soothes my soul.
